Stimulated In-Vitro Fertilization Cycle Estimated Cost
The following is an estimated cost of the procedure that you are considering. The cost
does not include consultation, preliminary tests, such as STD screening, andrology work-
up and pre-op lab work. The medications which are necessary for treatment are an
additional cost, and are not included in the cost. The approximate cost of medications is
between $3-$4500.00. You will be charged for every ultrasound and blood work prior to
your first payment for IVF treatment. Charges will then begin again, two weeks after
your transfer. THE TOTAL COST IS DUE ONE WEEK PRIOR TO STARTING
MEDICATIONS. ALL LAB WORK/ULTRASOUNDS DONE OUTSIDE THIS OFFICE IS
PATIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY.
Professional Services: Stimulation, cycle management, hormone monitoring,
ultrasounds, egg retrieval and embryo transfer, facility fees: Procedure room,
supplies, anesthesia. Embryology/Andrology Laboratory

Embryo cyropreservation and storage (1st year) $500.00
(Additional $200.00 annually for storage after 1st year)

Egg Donor Recipient Cost Sheet
The following is an estimated cost of the procedure that you are considering. Charges
will begin again, two weeks after your transfer. All lab work/ultrasounds done outside
this office for your preparation for embryo transfer is the patient’s responsibility. The
approximate cost for an egg donor cycle can be up to $38,800.00 (depending on the
donor chosen and procedure(s) needed. THE TOTAL COST IS DUE BEFORE THE
DONOR START HER MEDICATIONS.
Donor’s fee (does not include STD screens, $8000 to $14,000
preconception lab work or pre-op.)
Professional Services: Cycle coordination of donor & recipient,
hormone monitoring, ultrasounds, phlebotomy, egg retrieval &
embryo transfer.
Facility Fees: Procedure room, supplies & anesthesia
