Male Infertility Services

Male Infertility (male factor) is the
cause of “couple infertility” in roughly
half the cases. 40% of cases are male
factor, 40% are female factor, and
20% are both.  Male factor infertility
can be temporary or permanent.  In
some cases there are various
techniques designed to help the
sperm.  ICSI (Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm
Injection) is one example of these
techniques.

The first and most important step is
testing and diagnosis.  This will involve
a physical examination and
consultation with a male infertility
urologist, semen analysis with
complete morphology, and a sperm
DNA fragmentation test.

We also work with several male
urologists in the area that can perform
MESA, PESA and TESE procedures in
our surgical facility within our office.
These procedures are used for
several types of problems,  whether
there is a blockage or a past
vasectomy. It can be an alternative to
having a vasectomy reversal.
